Volunteer Sign-up Form

We prefer you use the e-form below, but we do have a printable .pdf at the bottom of this page. Even if minors use the e-form, they still need the minor release, which is the 2nd page of the .pdf below. Or click here for JUST the release form.

We accept anyone age 16 years or older (with a signed minor release consent form). For pre-event set-up and for other specific tasks where parents/guardians can accompany, we may also accept 14 and 15 year olds. We also have pre-event project opportunities for younger age groups.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your entry.  Please register by September 28, 2011.

~ Tasks on 10/07/11 include: pre-event set up, scarecrow check-in
~ Tasks on 10/08/11 for the 7:00am - 6:00pm shifts include: set-up, helping with a variety of children’s activities, food booth sales, raffle ticket sales, apple cider pressing, apple tasting, bounce house, photographer, gate keepers, surveys, tear down and other tasks as needed.
