The 2000 Spring in Guadalupe Gardens was a brilliant success.  Thousands of people filled Spring Street to purchase rose, vegetable and decorative plants, get garden advice, listen to bluegrass music by the Grass Menagerie, and enjoy great food.  A special focus of the 2000 Spring in Guadalupe Gardens was the opening celebration of our new  Recycled Water Demonstration Garden.  A project of South Bay Water Recycling; the City of San Jose, Conventions, Arts & Entertainment Department; and the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy, the Demonstration Garden is a showcase for the use of recycled water in a landscape setting.
