Adopt a Rose for Mother's Day
This Mother's Day, Adopt a Rose for Mom (and anyone who symbolizes "Mom"!) at the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden and give the gift that keeps on living. Proceeds from our rose adoption program support the upkeep of Guadalupe Gardens' unique collection of over 2,600 varieties of roses.
Rose adopters are invited to Be Our Guest for Tea and Roses on Saturday, May 11th, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Come see the garden in bloom! Volunteers will be on hand to help you locate your rose and learn about the garden. Refreshments will be provided.
Pre-order online and we'll have your gift package waiting, just in time for Mother's Day! Or choose your rose and take home your gift package the same day.

Heritage Rose Garden in Bloom
Our rainy season resulted in a colorful, fragrant spring--Guadalupe Gardens' own Heritage Rose Garden is in peak bloom. Did you know that the heritage comprises one of the largest public collections of rose varieties in the Western Hemisphere? It is also maintained by dedicated volunteers, and with environmentally-friendly pest and weed-control methods. All the rain and sun allowed weeds to flourish; please consider joining us for one of our twice-weekly workdays.
