Field Trip Request



Field trip requests must be submitted 30 days before the desired field trip date. We will respond to your request through the primary contact email address indicated on the Field Trip Request Form. If your preferred or alternate date is available, the response email will contain trip details and payment options. If your preferred or alternate date is unavailable or less than 30 days from the request date, the response email will direct you to choose other dates. Field trips can be scheduled on weekdays, with the exception of holidays, through 7/31/2020. Field trip requests will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note: Field trip cancellations and/or modifications must be requested 30 days prior to the field trip date.


You will receive a field trip confirmation email once GRPC has received your payment or approves your scholarship request.


Field trips cost $500 for up to 30 students with a $20 charge for each additional student up to a maximum of 35 students.


Groups that exceed the maximum should be divided into groups of less than 35 to attend separate field trips on different days or request a “double field trip” – two simultaneous field trips on the same day. If you’d like a double field trip, please let us know in the GRPC Field Trip Request Form.


Note: Double Field Trips will be charged the price of two field trips. In order to more equitably distribute scholarship funds, we request that multiple classes from the same school attend field trips on the same day, when possible.



If a teacher/leader needs to cancel and/or modify a field trip, they must send a notification to at least 30 days in advance of the trip date. Trips cancelled with 30 days’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge or refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are ineligible for refunds and will be charged a $25 administrative fee for rescheduling. Scholarship recipients who fail to give at least 30 days’ notice of a cancellation will lose eligibility for future scholarships. Payment is due 2 weeks before your field trip date; if payment is not received by the due date, your trip will be cancelled.

        1. Review the calendar below to see if your desired date is currently available. You will know it is available if the field trip name is listed.
        2. Fill in the GRPC Field Trip Request Form.
        3. Wait to receive a response email from our Education Department detailed above.
